The Maranatha Word Fellowship is a fellowship for pastors, spouses, and their churches of small to medium-sized ministries of any denomination who are seeking to be encouraged, educated, and mentored using the Word of God, the Holy Spirit, and principles of brotherly fellowship as guiding forces for personal and ministry developments and improvements.

This is a fellowship for pastors and spouses teaming in ministry and this fellowship will arm, impart, develop, and guide pastoral teams seeking strategies insight. We strive towards Empowering, Equipping, and Enhancing pastors and spouses in order to effectively lead 21st Century ministries through fellowship, mentorship, training, and support/impartation for the pastoral teams.

  • Fellowship: This is a fellowship where men and women of God of like minds can come together to gain strength, encouragement, and counsel from one another. Ecclesiastes 4:12 ~Though one may be overpowered, two can defend themselves. A cord of three strands is not quickly broken. Proverbs 27:9~Perfume and incense bring joy to the heart, and the pleasantness of one's friend springs from his earnest counsel. Proverbs 27:17~As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another.
  • Mentorship (Fathering): This is a fellowship where spiritual and personal fathering and mentoring through the Holy Spirit can take place. Pastors need spiritual parenting as they take up the tough cross of pastoring, and oftentimes wise counsel, advice, and understanding is needed.  2 Timothy 1:1-8 ~Here we see Paul's mentoring of young Timothy. Paul thanks God for Timothy (3a), he prays for Timothy each day (3b), he longs to be with him (4), he is intimately familiar with Timothy's life and family (5), and he speaks encouragement and direction into Timothy's life (6-8).
  • Teaching/Training: This fellowship of teaching and training where one can find revelation and inspiration from the scriptures and seeking expounding on the Word from the astute knowledge of other men and women of God. Through this fellowship valuable information will be disseminated among pastors who can in turn use that training to improve their own ministries.  2 Timothy 3:16~ All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, 2Timothy 2:15~ Be diligent to present yourself approved to God, a worker who does not need to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth. Romans 15:4~ And the Scriptures were written to teach and encourage us by giving us hope.
  • Support/Impartation for Pastors & Spouses: This fellowship is the answer to the oftentimes plaguing question of “who can the pastor turn to” because in this communion of pastors and spouses, the team will find solace, the Word, support, and comfort that will encourage their good works.   Galatians 6:9~ And let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart. Deuteronomy 28:2~ And all these blessings shall come upon you and overtake you, because you obey the voice of the LORD your God 2 Timothy 2:21~ Those who cleanse themselves from the latter will be instruments for special purposes, made holy, useful to the Master and prepared to do any good work. Proverbs 28:20(a) ~A faithful man will abound with blessings
